Directions for 341 Meetings & Confirmation Hearings
Take Route 13 North to Wilmington. You will pass the exit for the Delaware Memorial Bridge and the entrance to I495. Continue North on Route 13. You will see signs for 13 North to Edgemoor to the right and 13 North Business to the left. Stay to the left on 13 North Business.
You will go over a small drawbridge and will then enter the downtown area on Walnut Street. You will see a sign for the entrance to the parking lot for the Double Tree Hotel on the left in a couple of blocks. You can park there and exit the garage onto King Street.
If the hotel parking lot is full, continue on Walnut Street to the next street (8th Street) and then turn left. Then make the first right onto French Street. The City/County Municipal Building and the Carvel State Office Building will be on your right. Turn right at the next corner and the entrance to the parking garage under those building is on your right.
The 341 Meeting for both Chapter 7 and 13 cases takes place on the second floor of the Federal Building, which is located at 844 King Street.
If you have filed a Chapter 13, and you have been informed that you are required to attend the confirmation hearing in your Chapter 13 case, that hearing will be held in the Bankruptcy Court on the 5th floor of the building at 824 Market Street (across the street from the Federal Building).
